“I live in the mountains but it’s essential to me to visit the coast at least a couple times each year. The drama of the waves, the moisture in the atmosphere, and the ever-changing tide always leave me feeling in awe and inspired. The pandemic has curtailed my coastal visits; I’m longing for the time when I can paint with my toes in the sand and only the seagulls for company.”
