wunderlust
can be defined as a strong desire to travel, a chronic restlessness, a compulsion to escape and to see the world. As artists, there is a sense of this desire to explore and seek wonder as a natural state of being.
Today, we find ourselves somewhat trapped and away from not only adventure, but from loved ones and friends. Our desire to break free has intensified in the face of these constraints. We seek to satisfy our urges through our art, and to share those people, places, and things in our hearts that inspire us. Through the selected artworks chosen for Wunderlust, we can experience the world that is waiting for us beyond the threshold and once again embark on our journey of wonder.
The Royal Talens Art Ambassadors are active professional artists, all recognized by the arts community for their exceptional talent and dedication to their profession. These artists and Royal Talens have a shared goal to engage, inform, and inspire continuing generations in the arts. By facilitating and stimulating creative expression, we hope to build a greater understanding of the diversity and potential that quality fine art tools and materials can have in producing exciting and meaningful artwork.
