We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team and contribute to our exciting projects.

Position: Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Specialist at Royal Talens North America, you will enjoy the opportunity to:

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute efficient supply chain strategies, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of art materials.

·      Assist in managing inventory levels, tracking supply movement, and optimizing order fulfillment processes.

·      Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and distributors to coordinate the procurement of materials and maintain strong relationships.

·      Analyze demand forecasts and inventory data to make informed decisions and prevent supply shortages.

·      Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced operational efficiency within the supply chain.

·      Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions.

·      Contribute to the implementation and utilization of supply chain management tools and systems.

·      Assist in special projects with DC Operations team, such as implementation of Warehouse Management and Transportation Management systems.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

·      Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably within a global company.

·      Proficiency in utilizing supply chain management software and tools.

·      Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations to the management team.

·      Effective communication and collaboration skills.

·      Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

·      Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.

·      Experience with JD Edwards or SAP ERP system a strong plus

·      Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in supply chain management.
